Jr. HR Recruiter

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior HR Recruiter to join our HR team. The ideal candidate will assist in sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews for candidates across various roles. This position is an excellent opportunity for someone starting their career in recruitment and HR.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in creating job postings and distributing them across various job boards, social media, and other recruitment channels.
• Source and identify potential candidates through online databases, social media, and networking.
• Screen resumes and applications to shortlist qualified candidates.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Maintain and update candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
• Assist in conducting initial candidate phone screens to assess skills and qualifications.
• Support the onboarding process by communicating with new hires and preparing necessary documentation.
• Participate in job fairs, campus recruitment drives, and other talent acquisition events as needed.
• Collaborate with HR team and hiring managers to understand hiring needs and job requirements.
• Provide timely updates to candidates regarding their application status.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field (preferred).
• Prior internship or work experience in recruitment or HR is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic understanding of recruitment processes and sourcing techniques.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) is a bonus.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Detail-oriented and organized with good time management skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹20,000.00 per month
