Role Overview: As a Recruiter at our company located in Thane, your primary responsibility will be to conduct interviews, select suitable candidates, and finalize the hiring process. You will be entrusted with ensuring a positive candidate experience through the creation and management of job postings, descriptions, and requirements. Additionally, you will be involved in facilitating the offer process, negotiating employment terms, managing onboarding, and overseeing the overall interview and selection process. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct interviews, select candidates, and finalize the hiring process. - Design and manage job postings, descriptions, and position requirements to enhance candidate experience. - Extend offers and negotiate employment terms during the offer process. - Manage the onboarding and new hire process effectively. - Oversee and manage the overall interview, selection, and closing process.
