About the Role:

We are seeking a dynamic and creative Social Media Marketing Specialist to join our growing marketing team at Dee to Cee Brands Pvt. Ltd. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in managing brand presence, executing campaigns, and creating impactful social media strategies that drive engagement and growth across multiple platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies aligned with business goals.
Create engaging and on-brand content for platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and Twitter.2. Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and generate insightful reports to measure ROI and engagement.3. Stay updated with the latest social media trends, tools, and algorithm changes to optimize content performance.4. Collaborate with design, content, and marketing teams to maintain consistent brand voice and messaging.5. Coordinate with the creative team for photoshoots, reels, and influencer collaborations.Plan and execute monthly content calendars and paid campaigns to maximize reach and conversions.

Required Skills & Expertise:

** Proven experience (2–5 years) in social media management and digital marketing
** Strong understanding of Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, LinkedIn Campaigns, and Google Analytics
** Excellent content creation, caption writing, and storytelling skills** Hands-on experience with tools like Canva, Meta Business Suite, Buffer, or Hootsuite
** Ability to analyze metrics and make data-driven decisions** Knowledge of SEO, SEM, and influencer marketing is an advantage

Qualification:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, or related field
Certifications in Digital Marketing or Social Media Management will be a plus
