Key Responsibilities

Social Media Marketing:

Develop, plan, and schedule engaging content across LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, and Facebook
Create campaigns to promote
TAFS Show
,
Garment Show of India
,
Perfect Sourcing magazine
, podcast episodes, and industry news
Collaborate with the editorial and sales team to align content with business goals
Track performance metrics (reach, engagement, conversions) and optimize accordingly
Run paid promotions when required (LinkedIn/Instagram Ads)

CRM Management:

Maintain and segment contact databases (exhibitors, buyers, industry professionals)
Manage email campaigns via platforms like Mailchimp, Zoho, HubSpot, or similar
Monitor open/click-through rates and lead scoring to identify hot leads
Ensure timely follow-ups and syncing of leads with the sales team
Manage RSVP and registration flows for events, webinars, and show previews

Desired Skills & Qualifications

2–5 years of experience in social media marketing and/or CRM handling
Strong copywriting and content creation skills (visual + video editing is a plus)
Proficiency in tools like Canva, Meta Business Suite, Buffer/Hootsuite, Mailchimp, or HubSpot
CRM experience (Zoho/HubSpot/Bitrix/Salesforce or equivalent)
Analytical mindset with knowledge of KPIs, A/B testing, and funnel optimization
Exposure to B2B events, media, or textile/apparel industries is a strong advantage
