Garment Show of India (GSI) is India's versatile apparel event, offering a platform for buyers and sellers to meet, interact, and expand their businesses. As a B2B show, GSI brings together manufacturers, retailers, distributors, wholesalers, brands, fashion designers, and online retailers under one roof to transform the sourcing dynamics in the industry. Organized by SAINA EVENTS, which also publishes the widely-read magazines Perfect Sourcing and Apparel & Fashion, GSI attracts around 8,000 visitors daily, including sourcing teams from major brands and online retailers.

Role Description

This is a contract role for an RSVP executive at the Garment Show of India, located on-site in New Delhi. As an RSVP executive , your day-to-day tasks will include coordinating with exhibitors and visitors, verifying invitations, managing guest lists, and ensuring smooth entry for attendees. You will work closely with the event management team to facilitate meetings between buyers and sellers and provide exceptional customer service to all participants.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and multitasking capabilities
• Experience in event coordination and guest management
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and event management software
• Experience in the apparel and textile industry is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related field
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
