Social Media Marketing Specialist

JD- Social Media & Lead Generation Specialist 

Key Responsibilities 

∙Social Media Strategy & Execution 

oOwn the social calendar across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, X, and YouTube. 

oCreate and publish compelling content (posts, reels/shorts, carousels, stories) aligned with 

brand voice. 

oManage community interactions (comments/DMs), and escalate leads to sales. 

oCollaborate with design/video for creatives; brief and QC all assets. 

oTrack KPIs (reach, engagement rate, CTR, follower growth) and iterate monthly. 

∙Paid & Organic Lead Generation 

oBuild and optimize campaigns across LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads, and Google Ads. 

oSet up landing pages, lead magnets, and forms using tools like 

HubSpot/Zoho/GoHighLevel/Webflow. 

oImplement A/B tests on creatives, copy, and audiences to lower CPL and increase MQL 

volume. 

oEnrich and score leads; ensure accurate attribution and routing to CRM. 

∙Email, WhatsApp & SMS Nurture 

oWrite and schedule automated sequences for new leads (welcome, nurture, reengagement). 

oManage regular newsletters and promotional bursts with clear CTAs. 

oMonitor deliverability, list hygiene, and performance (open rate, CTR, conversions). 

∙FollowUp with Old Clients (Reactivation) 

oMaintain a segmented list of past clients by industry, deal size, and last engagement date. 

oRun quarterly reengagement campaigns (email/WhatsApp/LinkedIn) with valueled offers and 

updates. 

oConduct personalized outreach to key accounts; schedule checkins and gather feedback. 

oTrack reactivation pipeline and revenue; document reasons for churn and winbacks. 

∙CRM & Reporting 

oKeep CRM data clean: dedupe, tag, and update stages/activities. 

oBuild dashboards for weekly KPIs: MQLs, SQLs, CPL, CAC proxy, conversion rates, 

reactivated accounts, and revenue influenced. 

oPresent insights and next actions in weekly growth standups.
