Social Media Marketing Specialist

We are looking for a dynamic Social Media Marketing Executive to manage and grow our brand presence across digital platforms. You will be responsible for creating engaging content, building communities, and driving measurable business outcomes through social media strategies.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and manage social media campaigns across platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, etc.).
• Create engaging content—posts, reels, stories, videos, and graphics—that align with brand identity.
• Monitor social media trends, competitor activities, and audience behavior to optimize strategies.
• Manage and grow online communities by responding to comments, messages, and interactions.
• Collaborate with content, design, and marketing teams for campaign execution.
• Track performance metrics (engagement, reach, leads, conversions) and prepare regular reports.
• Run paid social campaigns, optimize ad performance, and ensure ROI.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or related field.
• 1–3 years of hands-on experience in social media marketing.
• Strong understanding of social media algorithms, analytics, and trends.
• Creative mindset with the ability to craft engaging stories and visuals.
• Proficiency in social media tools (Hootsuite, Buffer, Meta Business Suite, etc.).
• Basic knowledge of Canva, Photoshop, or video editing tools is a plus.
• Strong communication and time-management skills.

• Experience in influencer collaborations and online community building.
• Exposure to B2B and startup ecosystems.
