Social Media Marketing Specialist

Role Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic Social Media Marketing Specialist to spearhead our digital marketing strategy. This role requires a candidate with a minimum of 3 years’ hands-on experience in social media marketing, preferably within the staffing or recruitment industry. The ideal candidate will have relevant marketing education or certifications and a proven track record in driving engagement, brand visibility, and lead generation through digital channels.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement a comprehensive social media marketing strategy tailored to the staffing industry and Best NanoTech’s brand objectives.
• Lead digital campaigns across platforms such as LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and emerging channels.
• Create, curate, and manage engaging content that resonates with target audiences (candidates and clients).
• Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance using analytics tools, optimizing strategies for maximum ROI.
• Collaborate with recruitment teams and other stakeholders to align marketing efforts with business goals.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
• Relevant certifications such as Google Ads, Facebook Blueprint, or similar.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in social media marketing, ideally within staffing, recruitment, or HR services sectors.
• Ability to work independently and lead projects with attention to detail and creativity.

Preferred:

• Experience with digital marketing tools including Google Analytics, SEMrush, or other SEO tools.
• Understanding of the nanotechnology industry is a plus but not mandatory.
