Job Summary:

We are seeking a creative and strategic Social Media Professional to manage and grow our brand’s presence across digital platforms. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing engaging content, implementing social media strategies, and driving audience engagement to achieve business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with marketing goals.

- Create, curate, and publish engaging content (text, images, videos, reels) across platforms such as Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and X.

- Monitor social media channels, respond to comments/messages, and manage online reputation.

- Plan and manage paid social media campaigns and influencer collaborations.

- Analyse performance metrics, prepare reports, and optimise strategies based on insights.

- Stay updated on social media trends, tools, and best practices.

- Collaborate with marketing, design, and PR teams to ensure brand consistency.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Proven experience in social media management or digital marketing.

- Strong understanding of major social platforms and their algorithms.

- Proficiency in content creation tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite).

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

- Knowledge of social media analytics tools and SEO principles.

- Ability to multitask and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.

Preferred Experience:

- 1–3 years in social media marketing or related roles.

- Experience with influencer marketing and paid advertising strategies.

Education:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred).
