Social Media Marketing Specialist

Position Overview

We are seeking a creative and dynamic Social Media Brand Executive to strengthen our digital presence and brand storytelling. The role involves ideating, producing, and publishing engaging multimedia content across social media platforms, with a focus on reels, videos, memes, and campaign posts. The ideal candidate will be hands-on with design and video tools, have a good eye for photography, and an understanding of analytics to optimize content performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop engaging social media content, including videos, reels, memes, graphics, and interactive posts, to promote brand awareness.
• Use Canva and Adobe Premiere Pro for design and editing; knowledge of After Effects is a plus.
• Create staffing industry-related content, showcasing services, workforce trends, and company initiatives.
• Manage and publish content across multiple platforms: Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and X (Twitter).
• Capture high-quality images and short videos for campaigns; basic photography skills required.
• Track performance metrics, generate reports, and use insights to improve campaigns.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (HR, recruitment, marketing) to align content with organizational goals.
• Stay updated on trending formats, hashtags, and viral content for implementation.
• Ensure all content is on-brand, consistent in style, and compliant with relevant guidelines.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Mass Communication, Digital Media, or related field.
• Proven experience handling social media content creation (reels, posts, video editing).
• Proficiency in Canva, Adobe Premiere Pro; working knowledge of After Effects preferred.
• Strong photography and videography skills.
• Understanding of social media analytics and insights to evaluate success.
• Familiarity with Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and X best practices.
• Knowledge/interest in staffing & recruitment content will be an added advantage.
• Creative, detail-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills

• Ability to craft viral and engaging short-form content.
• Strong copywriting for captions and posts.
• Experience in employer branding/social recruitment campaigns.
• Knowledge of trending audio, formats, and visual storytelling.
