Job Description

The Social Media Marketing Executive will be responsible for managing and growing Zion Corp’s online presence across all major social media platforms. This role requires creativity, strong communication skills, and a good understanding of digital marketing trends.


Key Responsibilities:

1. Content Creation & Management

  • Create engaging content (posts, reels, stories, videos) for all social media platforms.
  • Plan monthly content calendars aligned with brand campaigns and store activities.
  • Coordinate photo shoots, product highlights, and brand storytelling content.

2. Social Media Handling

  • Manage day-to-day posting on Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
  • Monitor performance metrics and track growth through insights.
  • Engage with followers—comments, messages, queries, and feedback.

3. Branding & Campaign Execution

  • Support digital marketing campaigns for brand launches, offers, events, and store promotions.
  • Ensure all content aligns with Zion Corp’s brand guidelines and visual identity.

4. Performance Analysis

  • Prepare weekly and monthly reports on reach, engagement, and campaign performance.
  • Suggest improvements based on analytics and trends.

5. Coordination

  • Work closely with store teams, designers, and management for timely content updates.
  • Collaborate with external agencies if required.

6. Trend Monitoring

  • Stay updated on fashion, retail, and social media trends.
  • Identify opportunities for viral or high-engagement content.


Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, or related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in social media/digital marketing (retail or fashion industry preferred).
  • Strong knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and basic video editing tools.
  • Creativity and strong visual sense.
  • Good communication and writing skills.
  • Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple tasks.


Additional Preferred Skills:

  • Basic knowledge of Canva, Photoshop, or video editing apps.
  • Understanding of paid ads (Meta Ads Manager) is an added advantage.
  • Photography or videography skills are a plus.
