Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Social Media Marketing Manager, located in Jaipur. Prismatic Gems is looking for a creative and detail-oriented Social Media Manager to manage our digital presence and showcase our exclusive coloured gemstones. The ideal candidate should have an eye for aesthetics, basic editing skills, and the ability to build a cohesive brand identity across platforms. The role involves managing Prismatic Gems' social media platforms, creating and executing social media strategies, optimizing content for various platforms, and implementing digital marketing campaigns to enhance brand awareness. Responsibilities include planning and scheduling posts, analyzing metrics, engaging with the online community, and staying up-to-date with social media trends to maintain a strong online presence for the company. Key Responsibilities • Mobile Photography: Capture high-quality photos and videos of gemstones using an iPhone/iPad. • Editing: Retouch and edit photos/videos to highlight stone clarity, colour and details. • Design & Content Creation: Create clean, visually appealing layouts using Canva (basic knowledge acceptable). • Instagram Management: • Plan and post regular content (Reels, posts, stories). • Maintain brand aesthetics and tone. • Engage with audience and respond to messages. • Website Management: • Upload products, photos, and descriptions. • Maintain consistency in catalog layout & design. • Collaborate with the founder for creative direction and marketing campaigns. ⸻ Requirements • Basic to intermediate knowledge of Canva. • Comfortable using phone/iPad for product photography. • Understanding of Instagram content trends. • Strong attention to detail. • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines. ⸻ Preferred (Not Mandatory) • Experience in jewellery, gemstones, or luxury products. • Basic video editing skills (Reels, transitions, colour correction). ⸻ What We Offer • Opportunity to work closely with high-end jewelry market. • Creative, flexible work environment. • Growth opportunities in brand building, design, and luxury product marketing.
