Social Media Marketing Manager

Job Summary:

We are looking for a creative and strategic Social Media Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, create, schedule, and publish content across all social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn).
• Work with the creative team to develop engaging multimedia content (images, videos, stories, reels).
• Monitor social media trends and competitor activity to inform strategy.
• Engage with followers, respond to queries and comments in a timely manner, and build a strong online community.
• Collaborate with internal teams (design, content, product, sales) to align messaging and campaigns.
• Analyse social media performance using tools such as Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, or native analytics.
• Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports and recommend improvements.
• Support paid social media campaigns by coordinating with digital advertising teams.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media Studies, or related field.
• Proven experience managing social media platforms for a brand or agency.
• Strong understanding of platform algorithms, engagement strategies, and content formats.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Familiarity with social media management tools (e.g., Buffer, Sprout Social, Later).
• Basic graphic design or video editing skills using tools like Canva, Adobe Spark, or CapCut is a plus.
• Highly organized, creative, and detail-oriented.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in influencer marketing or community management.
• Knowledge of SEO, email marketing, and digital campaigns.
• Familiarity with content planning tools like Notion, Trello, or Asana.
