Job Summary:

We are seeking a friendly, energetic, and fashion-savvy Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome customers as they enter the showroom.
• Understand customer requirements and assist them in selecting products (e.g., sarees, lehengas, kurtas, sherwanis, etc.).
• Explain product features, fabric types, embroidery details, styling suggestions, and price points.
• Offer personalized recommendations for festive, bridal, or casual ethnic wear shopping.
• Maintain a deep understanding of current stock, new arrivals, and ongoing promotions.
• Manage trials, fittings, and coordinate with alteration/tailoring teams if applicable.
• Upsell and cross-sell complementary items such as accessories or footwear.
• Maintain clean, organized shelves and displays aligned with visual merchandising standards.
• Follow up with customers post-purchase when required (e.g., for delivery, fittings, custom orders).
• Handle basic complaints or concerns and escalate when needed.
• Meet or exceed individual and store sales targets.
• Achieve Sale target.
• Help another department as an as an when needed.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent; a degree or diploma in fashion/retail is a plus.
• 1–3 years of retail sales experience, preferably in ethnic or fashion apparel.
• Strong knowledge and passion for ethnic wear and Indian traditional fashion.
• Good communication skills in English and local language.
• Presentable, confident, and customer-focused.
• Ability to work weekends, holidays, and extended hours during festive seasons.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working in bridal or premium ethnic wear stores.
• Familiarity with fabrics like silk, georgette, cotton, chiffon, and handloom varieties.
• Understanding of customer behaviour in Indian festive and wedding shopping.

Salary Range: ₹15,000 to ₹25,000 per month
