Role Overview:

Social Media Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute tailored social media strategies for multiple clients across industries
• Manage content calendars and ensure timely, high-quality content delivery for each platform (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, etc.)
• Collaborate with in-house designers, copywriters, and account managers to create engaging multimedia content.
• Schedule, post, and monitor social content using tools like Buffer, Hootsuite, or Later
• Engage with audiences, respond to comments/messages, and manage online communities professionally
• Stay up to date with platform updates, best practices, and trends, and integrate them into campaigns
• Run and optimize paid social media campaigns across platforms; collaborate with team
• Track, analyze, and report on KPIs, providing actionable insights to improve performance
• Contribute to client reporting, presentations, and strategy meetings

Requirements:

• 2–4 years of proven experience managing social media in an

  agency setting

• Strong understanding of platform-specific strategies and tools (Meta Business Suite, TikTok Ads, LinkedIn, etc.)
• Excellent communication, copywriting, and storytelling skills
• Experience in managing multiple brands/accounts simultaneously
• Strong analytical mindset and experience using social analytics and reporting tools
• Ability to work under pressure, juggle multiple deadlines, and adapt quickly
• Familiarity with paid ad management is a strong advantage
