What You’ll Do:

• Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with company goals
• Create, curate, and manage high-quality content for multiple platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, X/Twitter, Facebook, TikTok, etc.)
• Plan and run paid social media campaigns to boost visibility and conversions
• Monitor engagement metrics, track performance, and optimize campaigns based on data insights
• Collaborate with content, design, and marketing teams to ensure brand consistency
• Identify emerging trends, tools, and platform updates to keep our strategy fresh
• Engage with online communities and respond to customer interactions promptly

What We’re Looking For:

• 2–4 years of experience in social media marketing, digital marketing, or brand management
• Proven success in growing and engaging audiences across platforms
• Strong copywriting, visual storytelling, and analytical skills
• Familiarity with tools like Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, Buffer, or Sprout Social
• Experience with paid ads, analytics (Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager), and SEO basics
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a remote environment
• Creative mindset, attention to detail, and a passion for trends and content innovation
