Social Media Marketing Manager

About the Role

We’re looking for someone who can create engaging short-form videos and manage paid social ads. Your main focus will be reels, promo clips, testimonials, student stories, and ad creatives that are clean, modern, and suited for an international audience.

Key Responsibilities

• Create high-quality video content: reels, promo videos, student features, announcements, and campus stories.
• Edit videos with smooth transitions, strong hooks, text overlays, and trend-friendly formats.
• Build ad-ready creatives for Meta and TikTok.
• Run and manage paid ads across Meta platforms and TikTok.
• Track performance, optimize campaigns, and share simple reports.
• Plan monthly content calendars focused on short-form video.
• Write short, clear captions aligned with a North American audience.
• Stay updated with platform trends and apply them thoughtfully.

Requirements

• 1 to 3 years of experience in video content creation.
• Strong skills in CapCut, Premiere Pro, or similar editing tools.
• Hands-on experience running Meta ads (mandatory).
• Good understanding of ad objectives, targeting, basic optimization, and performance tracking.
• Clear communication and the ability to meet deadlines.
• Bonus: TikTok ads experience or basic motion graphics.
