Role Overview

Social Media Marketing Intern


Key Responsibilities

Content Creation & Management

  • Assist in developing and scheduling

    social media content calendars

    .
  • Draft catchy

    captions, hashtags, and CTAs

    aligned with each brand’s tone.
  • Coordinate with designers for visual creatives, carousels, and reels.

Campaign Execution

  • Support in

    running and monitoring paid ad campaigns

    (Meta & LinkedIn).
  • Help track performance metrics such as

    reach, engagement, clicks

    , etc.
  • Compile reports and insights on weekly/monthly performance.

Trend Research & Innovation

  • Research

    industry trends, competitors, and current content styles

    .
  • Suggest

    creative ideas for campaigns, reels, contests, and collaborations

    .
  • Stay updated with the latest

    social media tools and algorithms

    .

Team Collaboration

  • Communicate with internal team members for feedback, updates, and coordination.
  • Participate in

    brainstorming sessions

    for ongoing and new client campaigns.


Required Skills & Qualifications

Education & Background

Marketing, Mass Communication, or similar fields

Skills & Tools

understanding of Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn

Canva, Google Docs, and Meta Business Suite
