Your Responsibilities

• Draft engaging job descriptions and creative posts for open roles (design, development, marketing, etc.).
• Post openings across multiple platforms – LinkedIn, Internshala, Naukri, Indeed, etc.
• Source candidates, screen resumes, and help maintain hiring pipelines.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and internal team members.
• Communicate with applicants at every stage – from shortlisting to interview updates.
• Maintain HR-related documents, databases, and progress trackers.

What We’re Looking For

• A recent graduate or student in

  Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or Communications.

• Excellent written and spoken English skills.
• Interest in recruitment, candidate experience, and startup culture.
• Familiarity with

  Google Sheets, Zoom/Google Meet, and job portals.

• Proactive, detail-oriented, and eager to learn quickly.
