About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Operations & HR Intern to support our daily operations and HR processes. The intern will play a key role in client coordination, communication, and internal HR tasks.

Key Responsibilities

Operations

• Communicate with clients in a professional and timely manner.
• Act as a bridge between the company and clients to ensure smooth coordination.
• Assist with daily operational tasks, follow-ups, and reporting.
• Maintain operational data, documentation, and trackers.
• Support teams with project coordination and task management.

Human Resources

• Support recruitment activities: job posting, screening candidates, and scheduling interviews.
• Maintain HR records and documentation.
• Assist with onboarding and orientation of new team members.
• Support internal communication and employee engagement activities.
• Prepare basic HR reports and coordinate with various departments.

Requirements

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Eligibility

• Students currently pursuing graduation or recent graduates.
• Freshers are welcome to apply.
