HR Intern


Responsibilities:


# Manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle – from sourcing and screening to

interviewing and hiring top talent across departments.

# Collaborate with department leads to understand hiring needs and ensure great

team-fit hires.

# Assist in designing and rolling out employee engagement and retention initiatives.

# Support day-to-day HR operations and contribute insights to enhance our people

practices.


Qualifications:


  1. MBA in HR (required).
  2. Excellent English communication skills (spoken and written).
  3. Bonus points if you’ve explored platforms like LinkedIn, Naukri, or Indeed to find great talent.
  4. Self-starter attitude – you take ownership, work independently, and love achieving your goals.
