Collaborate with the team on monthly content strategies and calendars. Research current trends, competitors, and hashtags. Write engaging, platform-specific captions and content. Coordinate with designers to keep content visually aligned. Pitch fresh content ideas like reels, carousels, and interactive posts. Track analytics, create reports, and share insights on performance. Set and monitor KPIs for each platform and campaign. Participate in review meetings and give creative input. What We’re Looking For Strong understanding of how Instagram, LinkedIn, and Facebook work. Basic knowledge of digital marketing and content strategies. Good communication skills — both written and verbal. Comfortable working remotely and managing tasks independently. Familiarity with tools like Canva, Adobe Suite, Meta Business Suite, or Buffer is a plus. Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communication, Media, or a related field.
