As DIYA Robotics’ first Social and Digital Media Manager, you will lead the execution of our 12-month social media strategy targeting Distributors/ partners, educational institutions, parents, students, educators, and tech enthusiasts. You'll own content planning, production, scheduling, influencer partnerships, and reporting—working independently, but in coordination with leadership, to drive visibility, engagement, and enrollment.
● Execute the 12-month social media strategy across all platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube, X, TikTok).
● Design and manage content calendar, ensuring content variety and alignment with quarterly goals.
● Produce or coordinate blog posts, short-form videos, AR filters, infographics, and event coverage.
● Shooting required content for the relevant platforms and learning portals.
● Use tools like Canva, Invideo AI, Dynamic Yield, and HubSpot to optimize performance.
● Knowledge of the required video and image editing tools including Adobe suite, to create the marketing materials.
● Launch and manage campaigns such as Future Innovators, Inside DIYA, and #DIYARoboChallenge.
● Track KPIs (traffic, engagement, video views, leads) and report insights monthly.
● Initiate partnerships with nano- and micro-influencers and coordinate webinars.
● Engage with online communities, respond to inquiries, and build a positive brand image.
● Launching DIYA’s online shop and listing on relevant marketplaces.
● Making sure that the DIYA website is up and running, at optimal server cost.
● Taking feedback from the sales team on the leads generated and optimizing the campaign in accordance with the feedback received.
● Improve the ranking of DIYA website through proper listing and SEO optimization.
● Constantly work on improving the website and Google MyBusiness
● Maintaining the YouTube channel will include relevant videos
● Attend to parents' inquiries in the absence of the Sales team.
● Ability to train and supervise interns.
● Cater to design requests like ID cards, visiting cards, and other design-related materials.
● Any other requests raised by the management
● 2–4 years of experience in social/digital media management, preferably in edtech or youth-focused sectors.
● Proven skills in video editing, visual storytelling, and copywriting.
● Strong understanding of social analytics, community engagement, and influencer marketing.
● Familiarity with content automation and scheduling tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer).
● Ability to work independently (16–20 hours/week minimum), prioritizing high-impact content.
● Experience with AI tools for content creation.
● Past involvement in educational/robotics/STEM environments.
