Job Title: Social Media Manager(Full-Time / Part-Time / Contractual – Work from Home + 2 days on-site in Surat, Ghaziabad, or Delhi) 📌 Key Job ResponsibilitiesContent Strategy & Planning Develop monthly content calendars (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter) Plan campaigns around events, awards, expo, speakers, and milestones Content Creation & Coordination Coordinate with graphic designers & video editors for creatives Write impactful captions, ad copy, hashtags, and CTAs Page Management & Posting Schedule & publish posts using tools like Buffer, Meta Suite, or Later Engage actively with followers, respond to DMs/comments Ad Campaign Execution Set up and monitor paid campaigns (boosted posts, traffic, leads) A/B testing, budget management, and ad analytics Analytics & Reporting Track post reach, engagement, follower growth, and campaign ROI Generate weekly performance reports and suggest improvements Influencer & Community Management Identify industry influencers and manage outreach for promotions Engage with relevant communities, pages, and business groups 🛠️ Core Skills RequiredProficiency in Meta Business Suite, Instagram Ads, Facebook Ads Manager Strong understanding of organic & paid growth strategies Hashtag research and SEO-friendly post writing Knowledge of basic design tools like Canva (bonus: Adobe Suite) Familiarity with analytics tools (Insights, Google Analytics, etc.) 🤝 Soft Skills RequiredCreativity & trend awareness Strong communication and storytelling ability Time management and deadline orientation Collaborative mindset (working with design, content, event teams) Problem-solving and audience engagement instincts 🎓 Preferred BackgroundBachelor's in Marketing / Communications / Mass Media 1–3 years of experience in handling business or event pages Event marketing or B2B social experience is a big plus
