Role Overview

Social Media Marketing Manager

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute the overall social media strategy aligned with business goals
  • Manage day-to-day operations of all social channels (LinkedIn, Twitter/X, Instagram, and others as relevant)
  • Create, curate, and schedule high-quality content that aligns with our brand voice and editorial calendar
  • Collaborate with content, design, and SEO teams to repurpose existing assets and promote new campaigns
  • Monitor engagement metrics, analyze performance, and make data-backed recommendations
  • Lead social media listening and competitor analysis to stay ahead of trends and opportunities
  • Manage and grow social communities, including timely responses and conversation management
  • Oversee paid social campaigns to support lead generation and brand visibility
  • Maintain and evolve brand consistency across platforms
  • Work closely with leadership to develop social media reports and strategic insights
Qualifications
  • 2+ years of experience in social media marketing, preferably in B2B or agency environments
  • Proven track record of growing social audiences and driving measurable business outcomes
  • Strong copywriting and storytelling skills tailored for digital audiences
  • Familiarity with analytics tools such as LinkedIn Analytics, Meta Business Suite, Buffer, or similar
  • Experience with paid social strategies and budget management
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines
  • Deep understanding of content repurposing and organic growth strategies
  • Strategic mindset with an eye for both brand voice and business results
