Social Media Manager

Monk Outsourcing is hiring a creative, data-driven, and strategic Social Media Manager to lead online presence across multiple social platforms. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of social media trends, brand storytelling, and performance analytics, with the ability to build strong digital communities and drive measurable growth.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement social media strategies that align with client business goals.
• Plan, create, and manage engaging content for Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter/X, and YouTube.
• Manage social media calendars and campaign timelines to ensure consistency.
• Run and optimize paid social campaigns to improve engagement and conversions.
• Monitor analytics, track KPIs, and prepare performance reports with insights and improvement plans.
• Engage with audiences, respond to queries, and build strong online communities.
• Collaborate with designers, content creators, and marketing teams for campaign execution.
• Stay updated with the latest social media trends, algorithms, and best practices.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of content strategy, platform algorithms, and paid advertising.
• Proficiency in tools like Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, Buffer, Canva, and Google Analytics.
• Excellent communication, creativity, and storytelling skills.
• Ability to manage multiple accounts and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
