Social Media Manager


Job Summary:


We are seeking a creative and results-driven Social Media Manager to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing our social media strategy to enhance our online presence, engage with our audience, and drive traffic to our website. You will work closely with other marketing team members to create cohesive and effective campaigns.


Key Responsibilities:


• Strategy Development: Create and execute a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with our marketing goals and brand identity.


• Content Creation: Develop engaging and relevant content for various social media platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok.


• Community Management: Monitor, respond to, and engage with followers and customers across all social media channels, fostering a positive community and addressing inquiries or concerns.


• Analytics and Reporting: Track, analyze, and report on social media performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.


• Campaign Management: Plan and execute social media campaigns, including paid advertising, promotions, and contests, to increase brand awareness and engagement.


• Collaboration: Work with the marketing team to ensure brand consistency and alignment across all channels, including email marketing, website content, and offline promotions.


• Trend Monitoring: Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices, and implement them into our strategy as appropriate.


• Influencer Partnerships: Identify and collaborate with influencers and brand ambassadors to expand our reach and enhance brand credibility.


Qualifications:


• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.


• Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role, with a strong portfolio of successful social media campaigns.


• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail.


• Proficiency in social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social) and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Facebook Insights).


• Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and best practices.


• Creative mindset with the ability to generate innovative ideas for content and campaigns.


• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.


• Familiarity with graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.
