We are looking for a driven, creative, and analytical Social Media Manager to build, manage, and scale Priya Kumar’s presence across platforms. If you’re someone who blends strategy with storytelling, data with design, AI with human creativity, and vision with execution — this role is for you.


Your Role & Responsibilities


  • Social Media Strategy & Growth

  • Develop and execute a data-driven strategy across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, Twitter/X, etc.).
  • Use AI-powered tools for predictive analytics, content optimization, and audience targeting.
  • Define KPIs and continuously improve performance through experimentation and insights.


  • Content Creation & Management

  • Ideate and manage high-quality content: posts, reels, carousels, shorts, blogs, and campaigns.
  • Repurpose Priya Kumar’s books, talks, and workshops into multi-format content.
  • Leverage AI tools (ChatGPT, Jasper, MidJourney, Veo, Runway, etc.) for copywriting, content ideas, image/video generation, and trend adaptation.
  • Maintain a structured content calendar.


  • Analytics & Optimization

  • Track performance using Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, YouTube Studio, LinkedIn Analytics.
  • Use AI-driven dashboards to predict trends, optimize posting times, and personalize engagement.
  • Generate reports that go beyond numbers to uncover deep insights.


  • Campaigns & Marketing

  • Run paid ad campaigns on Meta, Google, and LinkedIn.
  • Explore AI-enabled ad optimization for better ROI.
  • Lead book promotions, launches, and brand campaigns.
  • Drive influencer and collaboration marketing.


  • Community Building

  • Engage authentically with the audience through comments, DMs, and discussions.
  • Use AI chatbots/assistants for faster response and support while maintaining a human touch.


  • Collaboration & Coordination

  • Work hand-in-hand with designers, video editors, and copywriters.
  • Coordinate campaign execution from ideation to delivery.
  • Use AI project management tools to streamline workflows.


  • Trendspotting & Innovation

  • Stay updated on social, cultural, and digital trends.
  • Use AI for social listening, sentiment analysis, and competitor benchmarking.
  • Experiment with AI-driven storytelling formats (AI video, AR/VR filters, generative content).

  • Is equally creative (storytelling, design sense) and analytical (data, insights, ROI).
  • Understands and experiments with AI in social media marketing.
  • Can handle backend tools and front-end storytelling with confidence.
