What You Bring

• 2–4 years of proven experience in managing social media for preferably a B2B brand, a consumer brand, SaaS, D2C, or startup.

• Strong writing skills–especially for short-form content, scripts, captions, and community responses.

• A portfolio that shows you understand engagement psychology, hook creation, and platform-specific nuances.

• Creative thinking paired with a sharp eye for detail and aesthetics.

• A love for insights–you're just as excited about experimenting with tone as you are about measuring performance.

• Familiarity with tools like Buffer, Zoho Social, HootSuite, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Canva, or Meta Business Suite is a plus.

• High energy, cultural curiosity, and an instinct for “what will trend next.”
