Job Description

  • As a Social Media Manager at Adox Global Pvt Ltd, you will play a pivotal role in developing and implementing our social media strategy. Your primary focus will be to enhance brand visibility, engage with our target audience, and drive business objectives through various social media platforms.

    Responsibilities :
    1. Strategy Development

    • Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with the company's marketing goals.
    • Identify key performance indicators (KPIs) and set measurable targets for social media campaigns.
    2. Content Creation and Curation

    • Create engaging and shareable content for various social media platforms, including text, image, and video content.
    • Curate relevant and trending content to share with the audience.
    3. Community Management

    • Foster a positive online community by actively engaging with followers and responding to comments and messages.
    • Monitor social media channels for brand mentions and discussions related to the industry.
    4. Campaign Management

    • Plan and execute social media campaigns to promote products, services, or brand initiatives.
    • Utilize advertising tools on social media platforms to maximize campaign reach.
    5. Analytics and Reporting

    • Monitor social media analytics regularly and provide insights and recommendations based on performance data.
    • Prepare regular reports showcasing the impact of social media efforts on key metrics.
    6. Stay Updated on Industry Trends

    • Keep abreast of industry trends, emerging platforms, and best practices in social media marketing.
    • Implement innovative and creative approaches to maintain a competitive edge.
    Requirements :
    1. Education

    • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
    2. Skills

    • Strong understanding of social media platforms (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.).
    • Proficiency in content creation and social media management tools.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    • Analytical mind set with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights.
    • Creativity and the ability to think outside the box.
    3. Interpersonal Skills

    • Foster a positive online community by actively engaging with followers and responding to comments and messages.
    • Monitor social media channels for brand mentions and discussions related to the industry.
    4. Campaign Management

    • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
    • Exceptional time management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
    5. Adaptability

    • Willingness to adapt to changing social media trends and algorithms.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

    Qualification :
    1. Education

    • A bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, public relations, business, or a related f ield is often preferred. However, some employers may consider equivalent work experience in lieu of a degree.
    2. Digital Marketing Knowledge

    • Solid understanding of digital marketing principles and strategies, including social media marketing, content marketing, email marketing, and SEO.  Social Media Expertise: In-depth knowledge of various social media platforms (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, Pinterest, etc.).
    • Familiarity with each platform's unique features, algorithms, and best practices.
    • Ability to create and implement social media campaigns.
    • Customer Service Skills: Understanding of customer service principles for responding to comments, messages, and engaging with the audience in a positive manner.
    • Experience: Previous experience in social media management or digital marketing is highly valued. This could include internships, freelance work, or previous employment in related roles.
