We are looking for a Telecaller / Student Admission Executive who will be the first point of contact for incoming student leads. The role involves attending inquiries, verifying and reviewing leads, providing initial counselling, and either transferring to senior counsellors or directly closing admissions. Key Responsibilities: Attend and follow up on student inquiries through calls, WhatsApp, and email. Review leads and qualify genuine prospects. Provide basic counselling about available courses, colleges, and study abroad options. Schedule and transfer qualified leads to senior counsellors when required. Convert and close admissions directly where possible. Maintain records of leads, follow-ups, and conversions in CRM/Excel. Meet monthly admission targets set by the company. Required Skills & Qualifications: Good communication skills in English and Malayalam (Hindi/Kannada is a plus). Confidence in speaking with students and parents over the phone. Ability to understand student requirements and suggest suitable options. Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, WhatsApp Web, CRM usage). Prior experience in telecalling, counselling, or sales (education industry preferred). Freshers with strong communication skills are also welcome.
