Role Overview

We are seeking a creative and strategic Social Media Manager to lead Malang’s digital presence across platforms. The ideal candidate will deeply understand the fashion landscape and know how to translate Malang’s luxury-craft aesthetic into impactful digital storytelling.

You’ll be responsible for building brand visibility, driving engagement, and developing fresh, visual-first campaigns that reflect Malang’s identity.

Key Responsibilities

· Develop and execute Malang’s social media strategy across Instagram, Pinterest, and other relevant platforms.

· Plan, create, and manage engaging visual + written content that aligns with brand tone and design language.

· Collaborate with the creative and design teams to conceptualize campaigns and collection launches.

· Analyze performance metrics and refine content strategies based on insights.

· Stay updated on social and fashion trends to keep Malang’s content fresh and competitive.

· Manage influencer collaborations, shoots, and social media calendars.

Requirements

· Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Fashion Communication, or related field.

· 1–3 years of experience in social media management (preferably in fashion/luxury/lifestyle).

· Strong sense of aesthetics and brand storytelling.

· Proficiency in Instagram, Pinterest, Meta Business Suite, and analytics tools.

· Knowledge of Canva/Photoshop/Illustrator or ability to coordinate with design teams.

· Passion for fashion, culture, and emerging social trends.
