About the Role We are looking for a Social Media Manager with a strong agency background to join our team at Digitsol. This role requires hands-on experience managing social media accounts for multiple clients, particularly within the UAE and GCC markets, and working closely with designers, content creators, and account managers to deliver structured, high-quality social media output. The ideal candidate is strategic, organized, client-facing, and confident in both execution and reporting. You will play a key role in planning content calendars, managing client relationships, analyzing performance, and contributing to new business proposals. Key Responsibilities Develop and manage monthly and campaign-based social media content calendars for multiple clients Coordinate closely with designers and content teams to execute approved calendars on time Manage client communication, feedback, approvals, and follow-ups in a professional agency environment Handle community management, including comments, messages, and engagement Manage backend social media tools, including Meta Business Suite Support and coordinate Meta Ads activities in collaboration with performance teams Prepare monthly performance reports and explain insights, results, and recommended next steps to clients Analyze content performance and translate data into clear action points and improvements Create social media proposals and content strategies for new clients, including calendars, formats, and platform recommendations Support business development by contributing to pitches, proposals, and client presentations Ensure brand tone, messaging, and visual consistency across all platforms Stay updated on social media trends, platform updates, and best practices Qualifications & Skills Bachelors degree or Professional Course in Social Media Marketing or a related field Minimum 3 years of experience working in a marketing or advertising agency Proven experience managing social media accounts for multiple clients Strong knowledge of Meta Business Suite, Meta Ads Manager, and platform analytics Experience in reporting, insights analysis, and performance optimization Ability to explain results clearly and recommend improvements Experience creating social media proposals and pitch materials Strong coordination skills when working with designers and creative teams Fluency in English (written and spoken) and Arabic is a plus Experience with government, healthcare, or corporate clients is a plus Why Join Digitsol?
