Malang is a contemporary luxury womenswear label rooted in experimental design, bold textural play, and modern Indian detailing. We work with rich Indian fabrics and techniques to create innovative, high-fashion pieces for women aged 18–30.

Fashion Designer

• Research global fashion trends and adapt them to Malang’s brand philosophy.
• Develop innovative womenswear collections using Indian textiles in contemporary silhouettes.
• Create detailed sketches, mood boards, and technical drawings.
• Collaborate with pattern makers, tailors, and artisans to translate designs into production.
• Experiment with textures, draping, embroidery, and fabric manipulations.
• Ensure timely delivery of design samples and collection deadlines.

• Degree/Diploma in Fashion Design (NIFT, NID, Pearl, or equivalent preferred).
• 1–3 years of relevant experience in womenswear / luxury / high-fashion design.
• Strong sketching, draping, and CAD (Illustrator/Photoshop) skills.
• Eye for detail, creativity, and understanding of luxury fashion aesthetics.
• Passion for experimental yet sellable fashion.

• Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹30,000 per month (Negotiable based on experience & skill).
