Job Description: Social Media Manager

We are looking for a creative and data-driven Social Media Manager to plan, create, and manage content across all major platforms including LINKEDIN. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of social media trends, brand storytelling, and performance analytics.

Key Responsibilities

Content Strategy & Planning

  • Develop and execute monthly social media content calendars.
  • Research trends, competitors, and audience insights to build effective strategies.
  • Align social media plans with brand goals and marketing campaigns.

Content Creation & Publishing

  • Write, edit, and publish engaging posts, captions, and scripts for reels.
  • Coordinate with the design team for creatives, videos, and motion graphics.
  • Ensure brand voice consistency across all platforms.

Reels & Video Content

  • Ideate and create short-form video scripts (Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, etc.).
  • Regularly ideate content for LInkedIN
  • Stay updated with trending audio, formats, and viral concepts.
  • Work closely with the production team for shoot planning.

Community Management

  • Respond to comments, DMs, and customer queries promptly.
  • Engage with followers to increase brand loyalty and visibility.
  • Monitor brand mentions and relevant hashtags.

Performance Tracking & Reporting

  • Track KPIs: reach, impressions, engagement, followers, CTR, etc.
  • Prepare weekly/monthly performance reports.
  • Optimize content based on insights and analytics.

Campaign Execution

  • Manage social media ad campaigns (optional but preferred).
  • Collaborate with influencers and partners for brand campaigns.

Required Skills

  • Strong command of content writing and social media copywriting.
  • Knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, and X (Twitter).
  • Ability to analyze data and make strategy improvements.
  • Basic understanding of Canva, video editing tools (preferred).
  • Creativity, consistency, and trend awareness.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in social media management or digital marketing.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
