Senior Video Editor

We’re looking for a Senior Video Editor with a proven track record in creating high-performing short-form content — specifically UGC-style videos, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts. If you're a pro at making scroll-stopping edits, understand what drives virality, and have experience optimizing video for engagement and conversions, we want you.

Please Note: This role is only for experienced editors. Freshers or those without a solid portfolio in Reels/Shorts/UGC content will not be considered.Key Responsibilities

• Edit and produce short-form UGC-style videos for Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and TikTok.
• Transform raw footage into engaging, fast-paced, trendy videos using platform-specific best practices.
• Add motion graphics, dynamic transitions, captions, music, sound effects, and on-screen hooks.
• Collaborate with the marketing/content team to understand the goal of each campaign.
• Keep up with social media trends, audio trends, viral video formats, and algorithm updates.
• Optimize content for engagement, watch time, and conversion metrics.
• Manage multiple projects with tight deadlines while maintaining high creative standards.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience editing short-form videos (Reels, Shorts, UGC, TikTok).
• Strong portfolio showcasing results-driven UGC and viral content.
• Advanced skills in tools like Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, After Effects, or CapCut Pro.
• Deep understanding of visual storytelling, pacing, and viral video psychology.
• Comfortable editing in vertical 9:16 format.
• Experience working with brands or influencers is a big plus.
• Ability to self-manage and meet fast-paced deadlines.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
