Job Description : In this role, you’ll be responsible for shaping Jolt’s organic content strategy, growing our brand’s presence, and ensuring our content reaches the right audience in the right format. From LinkedIn thought leadership to viral TikTok campaigns, you’ll lead the charge in making Jolt a standout brand in our industry. This isn’t a paid marketing role (though experience in that is a plus). Instead, you’ll be building an ecosystem of content-driven growth, leveraging organic reach, influencer collaborations, and platform-specific strategies to expand our footprint. Key Responsibilities : Develop & Execute Content Strategy: Craft a robust content plan that drives organic user acquisition across social, website, and influencer-led channels. Develop and execute innovative social media strategies aligned with business goals, including brand awareness, lead generation, and community growth. Conduct audience research, competitor analysis, and trend monitoring to identify opportunities for engagement and content innovation. Own Social Media Growth: Manage and scale Jolt’s presence across Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, and more, ensuring platform-native content is engaging and high-performing. Repurpose Content Effectively: Transform a single piece of content into multiple formats—turn blog posts into engaging LinkedIn carousels, YouTube videos into TikTok clips, and more. Create Impactful LinkedIn Campaigns: Develop thought leadership content and brand narratives that establish Jolt as an industry authority. Scale Social Media & Community Engagement: Build an engaged following, fostering meaningful conversations and organic brand advocacy. Leverage Influencer Marketing: Identify and collaborate with influencers to amplify Jolt’s reach. Ensure consistent brand messaging across all marketing materials and channels. Develop and maintain the company’s brand voice and image. Oversee Content Execution: Work with vendors, designers, and copywriters to bring campaigns to life. Develop and implement customer retention strategies. Manage customer feedback and improve customer satisfaction through targeted marketing efforts. Analyze & Optimize Performance: Track key metrics, experiment with new formats, and refine strategies based on real-world insights. Social Media Strategy Development What You Bring 🔹 4+ years of experience in content marketing, social media strategy, or a similar role. 🔹 Proven ability to grow and scale organic channels, driving user acquisition through non-paid means. 🔹 Strong storytelling and content creation skills, with a knack for repurposing content across platforms. 🔹 Expertise in managing and executing multichannel campaigns across LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, and beyond. 🔹 A deep understanding of influencer marketing and organic community building. 🔹 Experience working with vendors, agencies, or freelancers to execute content strategies. 🔹 Analytical mindset—comfortable tracking, measuring, and optimizing content performance. 🔹 Bonus: Experience in paid marketing is a plus but not a requirement.
