Job Role - Social Media ManagerLocation - Gurgaon Sec-49Working Days - 5.5 Days (Alternate Saturdays Working)Role SummaryThe Social Media Strategist will be responsible for creating, executing, and managing innovative social media strategies that enhance brand visibility, engage audiences, and drive business growth. The role requires a creative and trend-savvy individual who can think out of the box, manage a team, and develop engaging content across multiple platforms. The ability to create and present video content will be a strong advantage.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies aligned with brand goals.
Stay up to date with the latest digital trends, social media tools, and best practices.
Create engaging content (posts, stories, videos, reels, campaigns) tailored to each platform.
Manage, mentor, and guide a team of content creators and community managers.
Collaborate with marketing, design, and product teams to deliver cohesive campaigns.
Analyze social media metrics, generate performance reports, and optimize strategies.
Lead influencer collaborations, brand partnerships, and community engagement initiatives.
Experiment with innovative formats and ideas to maximize audience engagement.
Acting as a brand presenter/host for videos, campaigns, or live sessions would be a plus.

Job Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
Proven experience (2-4 years) in social media strategy, digital marketing, or content creation.
Strong creative and analytical skills.
Up-to-date knowledge of emerging platforms, trends, and tools.
Excellent communication, copywriting, and storytelling skills.
Team management and leadership experience.
Hands-on content creation experience; video presentation skills are a plus.
