We are seeking a creative and experienced Social Media Manager to join our team and lead the development and execution of our social media strategy.
Position Overview:
As the Social Media Manager for our luxury home improvement brand, you will be responsible for crafting and implementing a comprehensive social media plan to elevate our brand presence, engage with our HNI audience, and drive business growth. Your role will involve creating compelling content, managing social media platforms, and analyzing performance metrics to optimize our online presence.
Key Responsibilities
Social Media Strategy:
Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with the company's brand identity and targeting HNI clients.
Identify key social media platforms for engagement and growth.
Content Creation:
Create visually stunning and engaging content, including images, videos, and graphics, showcasing our luxury bath fittings, tiles, and modular kitchens.
Collaborate with the design team to ensure content aligns with brand aesthetics.
Platform Management:
Manage and curate content on various social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, and LinkedIn.
Monitor trends and implement best practices for each platform.
Community Engagement:
Foster engagement with the HNI audience through social media interactions, responding to comments, and initiating conversations.
Implement strategies to grow and nurture our social media community.
Influencer Collaboration:
Identify and collaborate with influencers and industry experts to amplify our brand presence in the luxury home improvement space.
Analytics and Reporting:
Utilize social media analytics tools to track performance, analyze data, and generate insights.
Prepare regular reports on social media metrics and provide recommendations for improvement.
Brand Consistency:
Ensure brand consistency across all social media channels, aligning with the luxury and premium positioning of our products.
Stay Informed:
Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging social media platforms to maintain a competitive edge.
Campaign Development:
Plan and execute social media campaigns to promote new product launches, special offers, and brand initiatives.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Proven experience 3-5 years minimum as a Social Media Manager, preferably in the luxury home improvement or interior design sector. Strong visual storytelling skills and proficiency in graphic design tools.
In-depth knowledge of social media platforms, trends, and best practices. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and metrics.
Experience in collaborating with influencers and managing influencer partnerships.
