Position Overview:

The Social Media Marketing Project Lead will oversee and manage all aspects of social media marketing projects, ensuring timely delivery, effective execution, and alignment with the company’s overall marketing strategy. This role requires strong leadership, creativity, and excellent communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and drive success in our social media campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

• Project Management:
• Lead social media marketing campaigns from concept to execution, ensuring alignment with project goals and timelines.
• Develop detailed project plans, track progress, and coordinate resources to ensure timely delivery of social media assets.
• Manage the project scope, budget, and timelines while ensuring high-quality outputs.
• Social Media Strategy:
• Collaborate with marketing and creative teams to design and implement social media strategies that drive engagement and conversions.
• Stay updated on social media trends, tools, and best practices to implement innovative strategies across platforms.
• Monitor social media KPIs and analytics, providing regular reports and actionable insights to the team.
• Team Leadership:
• Coordinate with content creators, designers, and other team members to produce high-quality social media content.
• Lead and motivate the team, ensuring smooth communication and effective collaboration throughout each project.
• Conduct performance reviews and provide guidance for continuous improvement.
• Client/Stakeholder Communication:
• Serve as the main point of contact for internal teams and external clients regarding social media marketing projects.
• Present project progress, performance data, and recommendations to clients and stakeholders.
• Ensure all campaigns are aligned with client goals and expectations, providing regular updates and feedback.
• Campaign Optimization:
• Analyze the effectiveness of social media campaigns, utilizing data-driven insights to optimize content and engagement strategies.
• Experiment with new formats, tools, and platforms to expand reach and impact.
• Budget and Resource Management:
• Develop and manage budgets for social media projects, ensuring cost-effective solutions without compromising quality.
• Allocate resources effectively across various campaigns to achieve maximum impact.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
• 7+ years of experience in social media marketing or project management, with a proven track record of successful campaigns.
• Strong knowledge of social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, ,Twitter, etc.) and analytics tools (Google Analytics, Hootsuite, Sprout Social, etc.).
• Experience in project management tools (Asana, Trello, Monday.com) and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
• Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and environments.
• Creative mindset with a keen eye for detail and design.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with paid social media campaigns and advertising.
• Knowledge of SEO, content marketing, and digital marketing strategies.
• Strong understanding of data analysis and reporting for campaign performance.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
