Social Media Manager

Are you passionate about social media and skilled in delivering impactful marketing strategies? We're looking for a Social Media Manager to lead exciting digital campaigns, drive engagement, and shape the online presence of leading brands.

What You’ll Do:

• Plan and execute social media marketing projects within defined timelines and budget constraints.
• Lead and manage a team of digital marketing professionals—offering guidance, feedback, and support.
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, nurturing strong relationships and clear communication.
• Allocate team resources effectively and manage project budgets with precision.
• Develop and oversee content calendars to ensure consistent and timely posting across platforms.
• Stay ahead of the curve by monitoring social media trends, industry updates, and competitor strategies.
• Analyze performance metrics and create insightful reports to drive continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with graphic designers, video editors, and writers to craft compelling visuals and copy.
• Manage and optimize paid social media campaigns to ensure strong ROI.
• Work closely with clients to understand their business goals and align social media strategies accordingly.
• Keep up to date with the latest platform algorithms and social media best practices.

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience in social media management and digital marketing.
• Strong leadership skills and a track record of managing teams and cross-functional collaboration.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Data-driven mindset with experience using analytics tools (e.g., Meta Insights, Google Analytics).
• Hands-on experience managing paid campaigns on platforms like Meta, LinkedIn, or X (Twitter).
• Creative thinker who understands brand voice and storytelling.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, client-facing environment.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
