Job Description: Social Media Manager (Organic and Paid) Position Overview We are seeking an experienced Social Media Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be proficient in both organic and paid social media strategies, capable of driving engagement, brand awareness, and lead generation across various social media platforms. Key Responsibilities Develop and Implement Strategies: Create and execute comprehensive social media strategies for both organic and paid campaigns. Align social media initiatives with overall marketing goals and brand messaging. Content Creation And Management Design and curate engaging content tailored for different platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.). Schedule and publish posts using social media management tools. Paid Advertising Campaigns Plan, execute, and optimize paid social media campaigns. Manage budgets, bids, and ad creatives to maximize ROI. Community Management Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and mentions. Foster a positive and active community around the brand. Analytics And Reporting Track and analyze social media performance using analytics tools. Generate regular reports on KPIs and suggest data-driven improvements. Collaboration Work closely with the marketing, design, and content teams. Coordinate with influencers and brand advocates for collaborative campaigns. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. 3+ years of experience in social media management, with a focus on both organic and paid strategies. Proficiency in social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer). Experience with social media advertising platforms (e.g., Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads). Strong analytical skills and experience with tools like Google Analytics, Facebook Insights. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Creative mindset with the ability to craft engaging and relevant content. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines. Preferred Skills Experience with graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite). Knowledge of SEO and content marketing principles. Previous experience in e-commerce or tech industries.
