About the Role

Are you a social media enthusiast who can turn ideas into scroll-stopping content?

We’re looking for a Social Media Manager to take charge of our clients’ online presence — from planning content to executing powerful campaigns that build brands and drive engagement.

🎯 Key Responsibilities

• Develop, plan, and execute social media strategies across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn & YouTube.
• Create and manage monthly content calendars and coordinate with the content & design teams for timely execution.
• Stay updated with trending topics, formats & platform algorithms to keep content fresh and engaging.
• Write engaging post captions, oversee creative direction, and ensure brand consistency.
• Analyze page performance, engagement metrics, and campaign results using analytics tools.
• Collaborate with the ads team for boosting, targeting, and campaign optimization.
• Engage with the online community through comments, DMs, and collaborations.

✅ Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in social media management (agency experience preferred).
• Strong understanding of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn & YouTube marketing.
• Creative thinking with excellent copywriting and visual sense.
• Basic knowledge of graphic & video tools (Canva or Adobe Suite).
• Experience in creating reel concepts, campaign ideas & influencer collaborations.
• Experience in Real Estate or E-commerce industries will be a plus.

🌟 Bonus Skills

• Knowledge of paid promotions (Meta Ads).
• Understanding of social media analytics & reporting tools.
• Ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously.
