The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in managing social platforms, planning campaigns, analyzing performance, and engaging audiences through innovative storytelling. As the Social Media Manager at Destin Me, you will be responsible for building and executing social strategies that enhance brand visibility, drive engagement, and generate quality leads for our venues. ⸻ Responsibilities: • Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with company goals. • Plan, create, and publish engaging content across all social media platforms — including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube. • Manage social media calendars, campaigns, and collaborations to ensure consistent brand presence. • Monitor and respond to audience engagement, inquiries, and comments in a timely, professional manner. • Track and analyze performance metrics to measure campaign success and identify growth opportunities. • Collaborate with the content and marketing teams to develop visually appealing and on-brand creatives. • Stay updated with the latest social media trends, tools, and algorithm changes to optimize performance. • Manage paid advertising campaigns (Meta, Google, etc.) to increase reach and conversions. • Coordinate influencer marketing collaborations to enhance brand exposure. • Maintain a consistent brand voice and identity across all channels. ⸻ Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. • Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role. • Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and analytics tools. • Excellent content writing, captioning, and storytelling skills. • Proficiency in social media management tools and scheduling platforms. • Ability to plan, execute, and analyze paid campaigns. • Strong communication, organizational, and time-management skills. • Creative mindset with a keen eye for detail and design aesthetics. • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with cross-functional teams. ⸻ Bonus Points: • Experience in the hospitality or event industry. • Knowledge of SEO and social media optimization techniques. • Basic graphic design and video editing skills. • Experience working with influencers or brand collaborations.
