Responsibilities: • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with property owners. • Onboard new owners and ensure smooth listing setup on the platform. • Act as the primary point of contact for all owner-related queries and concerns. • Ensure owner satisfaction through timely communication and proactive support. • Monitor property performance, analyze metrics, and provide insights for improvement. • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless operations and issue resolution. • Educate owners about company policies, pricing strategies, and promotional opportunities. • Identify potential owners and assist in expanding the property portfolio. • Conduct regular reviews and share performance feedback with owners. • Foster trust, transparency, and collaboration to strengthen owner partnerships.
