Role Description

A Social Media Manager is responsible for building, managing, and strengthening the brand’s presence across all digital platforms. The role involves developing strategic content plans, creating and supervising engaging posts, reels, and stories, and ensuring consistent brand messaging. The Social Media Manager monitors daily platform activity, engages with the audience, responds to comments and messages, and maintains a positive online reputation. They stay updated with trends, viral formats, and platform algorithm changes to keep content fresh and relevant. Additionally, they analyze performance metrics, prepare reports, and optimize strategies based on insights. The Social Media Manager also collaborates with designers, video editors, and marketing teams to execute campaigns, enhance engagement, and deliver impactful digital communication.


Qualifications

  1. Strong understanding of all major social media platforms, their algorithms, and current trends
  2. Ability to plan content calendars, write engaging copy, and guide designers/video editors for execution
  3. Hands-on experience in managing pages, scheduling posts, increasing engagement, and maintaining brand consistency
  4. Skilled in analyzing insights, tracking performance metrics, and preparing reports for optimization
  5. Good understanding of reels, short-form video content, creative hooks, and campaign ideas
  6. Ability to handle comments, DMs, and audience engagement with professionalism and brand tone
  7. Strong communication, creativity, multitasking, and basic design knowledge
