We’re on the hunt for a skilled Video Editor with a strong flair for Instagram Reels, short-form storytelling, and fast-paced content creation. If you're someone who can turn raw footage into scroll-stopping visuals. we want you on our team. 💼 Responsibilities- Edit engaging, high-retention Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and other short-form content tailored for social media. Work closely with creative leads and brand managers to translate briefs into visual stories. Organize and manage video assets and content libraries effectively. Implement transitions, sound effects, motion graphics, and captioning that align with brand tone and voice. Stay updated with trending formats, audio, and viral content styles across platforms. Edit occasional long-form content when required, but primary focus will be on short-form reels. Manage timelines and deliver videos with quick turnaround, meeting client deadlines. Collaborate with designers and content writers to create cohesive multimedia experiences. ✅ Requirements- 2+ years of professional video editing experience, with a strong portfolio of Reels/Shorts. Proficiency in tools like Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut, Final Cut Pro or similar. Strong sense of visual storytelling, pacing, and sound design. Good understanding of social media trends, formats, and engagement strategies. Ability to handle feedback positively and work in a fast-paced team environment. Basic motion graphics/animation skills are a plus. Knowledge of color grading and audio syncing/editing. 🧠 Ideal Traits- Obsessed with perfection and attention to detail. Constant learner – loves exploring new editing styles and formats. Organized, deadline-driven, and a strong team player.
