About the Role



This role involves supporting the team in various aspects of social media management, including content creation, community engagement, trend research, analytics, ad support, and cross-functional collaboration.



Responsibilities



  • Content Creation and Scheduling

  • Assist in creating engaging and on-brand posts for social media platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and Twitter.
  • Write captions, hashtags, and post copy that resonate with the audience and align with brand tone.
  • Schedule and publish posts using social media management tools.
  • Community Engagement

  • Monitor comments, messages, and mentions across platforms, ensuring timely and professional responses.
  • Actively engage with followers to build a strong and positive online community.
  • Support influencer collaborations and partnerships by coordinating outreach and tracking activities.
  • Trend Research and Ideation

  • Stay updated on social media trends, viral content, and platform updates.
  • Share fresh ideas for content formats, challenges, and campaigns to keep the brand relevant and engaging.
  • Analytics and Reporting

  • Track and compile data on social media performance, including engagement, reach, and follower growth.
  • Assist in preparing reports with key takeaways and improvement suggestions.
  • Ad Support

  • Assist in setting up and monitoring paid social media campaigns.
  • Collaborate with the team to optimize ad creatives and targeting.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with the design and content teams to coordinate visuals and messaging.
  • Support the marketing team in executing campaigns and promotions.


  • Qualifications



    • Experience: Min 3 years in a social media manager.



    Required Skills



    • Basic understanding of social media platforms and trends.
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills with a creative edge.
    • Familiarity with tools like Canva, Meta Business Suite, or any social scheduling software is a plus.



    Preferred Skills



    • Awareness of current social media trends and viral content.
    • Basic knowledge of social media analytics and reporting.
