Qualifications and Skills Proven ability to develop and implement social media strategies to achieve business objectives with measurable success. Experience in managing content calendars to ensure optimal timing and consistency across platforms. (Mandatory skill) Strong ability in content creation to produce engaging and visually appealing social media content aligned with brand tone. In-depth knowledge of social media marketing practices to enhance brand visibility and customer engagement. Proficient in using Facebook Marketing strategies to build awareness and connect with target audiences effectively. Skilled in leveraging performance analytics to interpret data, adjust strategies, and optimize campaign outcomes. Experience with Facebook Ads Manager to create, manage, and optimize paid advertising campaigns, maximizing ROI. Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated marketing approaches for all digital efforts. Must have leadership qualities to guide and mentor junior team members, fostering a cohesive team environment. Roles and Responsibilities Develop and execute social media strategies to promote brand recognition, customer engagement, and lead generation. Create and manage a comprehensive content calendar ensuring timely and consistent delivery of content.
