About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic, creative, and highly organized individual who can manage and grow our social media presence, lead on-ground event executions (exhibitions, fairs, pop-ups), and research trending products to keep our brand ahead of the curve.
This is a growth-focused role for someone who loves digital trends, brand building, and real-world customer interaction.

Key Responsibilities1. Social Media Management & Growth

  • Plan, create, and execute content strategies for Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and other platforms.
  • Handle daily posting, reels, stories, UGC coordination, and community engagement.
  • Analyze insights, track KPIs, and optimize content for growth.
  • Work closely with the design & marketing team to maintain consistent brand identity.
  • Stay updated with social media trends, viral formats, audio trends, influencers, and new features.

2. Event & Exhibition Management

  • Plan and manage on-ground activities such as exhibitions, pop-up stalls, and outdoor events.
  • Coordinate with vendors, event organizers, and internal teams for smooth execution.
  • Represent the brand professionally during events and interact with customers.
  • Collect feedback, insights, leads, and sales data from events.
  • Ensure booth branding, product display, inventory management, and event logistics.

3. Product Research & Trend Identification

  • Research trending/skincare/beauty/lifestyle products nationally & internationally.
  • Identify potential new product ideas based on market demand.
  • Analyze competitor brands, pricing, packaging, and target audience preferences.
  • Prepare reports and present actionable insights to the team.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in social media handling and content creation.
  • Strong knowledge of reels, editing apps, basic design tools (Canva or similar).
  • Ability to travel and manage outdoor events/exhibitions.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Highly proactive, creative, and able to work independently.
  • Good understanding of consumer trends and market research.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with influencer marketing.
  • Basic analytics understanding (Meta insights, Google Sheets, etc.)
  • Comfortable speaking on camera (optional but preferred).
  • Previous experience in events or exhibitions is a bonus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month

Experience:

  • Social media management: 1 year (Preferred)
  • Events management: 1 year (Preferred)
